1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Modapaya LLC (dba KasaBase) provides refunds for subscription fees paid for the KasaBase platform.
2. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and incurs no charges. No refund is necessary as no payment is collected during the trial period.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
- Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid billing period
4. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the beginning of the annual billing cycle
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you may request a full refund
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access until the end of the annual period
5. Add-On Modules
- Add-on modules follow the same refund policy as your base subscription (monthly or annual)
- Add-ons can be removed at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may grant refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by billing system errors
- Extended service outages exceeding our SLA commitments (see SLA)
- Verified unauthorized charges on your account

- Your account email address
- Subscription plan name
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of charge (if applicable)
Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
